Training Program
Summer Analysts experience the culture and atmosphere of Morgan Stanley by taking on responsibilities of a Full-Time Analyst for 10-12 weeks, working on a variety of corporate transactions and making meaningful contributions to the delivery of projects.
Summer Analysts have the opportunity to be involved in an immersive orientation program and learn about our culture as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the Firm. In addition, Summer Analysts participate in an intensive division-specific training program focused on developing a strong foundation in the basic skills of financial analysis, accounting and valuation, and work on a wide range of transactions.
Summer Analysts receive continued on-the-job training throughout the program and benefit from working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects during their internship. Summer Analysts have many opportunities to exchange ideas and network with peers, mentors and senior managers through team-building sessions and other organized events.

As the Marketing Intern for TikTok For Business, you will be tasked with supporting the operational excellence of the Marketing Coms and Solutions team as well as the broader Business Marketing function. This will include creating, embedding and optimising processes; supporting the team on accessing and onboarding with key marcomms tools, platforms and CRMs (inc. Hubspot, Splashthat, Sprinklr and our sales CRM); building out project documentation, managing delivery timelines and supporting budget management.
Within the other part of your role you will support delivery of marketing projects of all sizes from inception to delivery as well as support on paid and owned communication activity. You will be required to take a hands on approach in supporting the execution of a busy calendar of projects, campaigns, communications and experiences; reporting business updates and successes back to the business. You will report in to the Business Marketing Lead in Australia and New Zealand.
Marketing :
1. Support the development and execution of world class B2B marketing events, communications and media strategies for AUNZ region, ensuring all marketing plans and activity align with overall business objectives;
2. Support Program Managers with TikTok's tentpole events including RSVP management, internal and external communications, experiential activations, logistical assistance and third party agency management;
3. Support the delivery of projects end-to-end, from strategy to development, execution, optimisation and reporting. Responsibilities could include planning, content development, comms planning, copywriting and proofreading, coordinating logistics, creative development and internal team briefings;
4. Support the development of integrated campaigns, marketing collateral, case studies, e-newsletters, event decks, website and social media comms;
Operations :
1. Support the creation of all associated operation documentation and templates from brief to delivery, including project plans, timelines and briefing documents, ensuring proper use of systems and process;
2. Manage internal cross-functional communications for owned projects from kick-off meetings, through ongoing communication of relevant information such as the project approach, deliverables, timing, budget and ongoing updates to the project;
3. Support cross-functional project leads in the delivery of projects and driving collaboration and operational excellence for the B2B Marketing team;
4. Support the rollout and adherence of new systems, tools and processes to support team operations, including the management of the marketing CRM database;
5. Deliver various administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and coordination, budget reconciliation and end of month reporting, arranging briefing documentation, templates, management of team drives and file structures, call notes and recaps;
6. Lead branded swag management for tentpole events, marketing programs and BAU sales enablement, from strategy planning to execution and day-to-day fulfilment.
Qualifications 1. Degree in Marketing, Communications PR or Business related disciplines; experience within a marketing or tech role a plus;
2. Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing and creating content for communications channels (ie. TikTok, FB, LI, YT, websites, direct mail etc) including talent, legal and PR approvals, as well as measurement and reporting;
3. Strong organisational, project management and communication skills, with demonstrable experience working cross-functionally with internal (Sales, Strategy, MarComms, Events, Creator, Product Strategy) and external (trade bodies, advertising associations, industry publications) stakeholders;
4. Aptitude for technology with working knowledge of MarTech platforms including Hubspot, SplashThat and Sprinklr (previous experience in using CRMs would be a bonus);
5. Ability to work cross-functionally with the confidence to collaborate with product stakeholders. Detail oriented, extremely organised with excellent time and project management skills, you will have the ability to juggle several projects running simultaneously;
6. Strong sense of responsibility with a can-do attitude and confidence to hit the ground running from day one;
