Bakerly is seeking proactive, creative and experienced Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager.Reporting to our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition across multiple channels, including social media, digital advertising, influencer marketing etc.A successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will start with 1-2 direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively lead multiple projects and manage a team of direct reports, agencies and 3rd party partners
Social Media:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand identity and business objectivesRequirements:Paid Media:
· Develop, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook ads, Google ads, Amazon ads etc.
· Manage paid media agencies as needed
· Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to ensure the highest possible return on ad spend
· Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
· Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns
· Identify and test new channels, then scaling them
· Research and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
· Oversee and lead the execution of a dynamic content calendar, aligning content with strategic goals and ensuring timely delivery
· Manage 1 Content Marketing Coordinator
Requirements:
· Problem Solving - Identifiy and resolve problems in a timely manner
· Excellent project management and organizational skills
· Advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc.
· Experience creating digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, click-through rates, conversions and profit
· 4 years' experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (minimum required: Google ads & Facebook ads)
· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google analytics, Data studio, Triple Whale etc.)
· Proven ability to scale paid media campaigns while maintaining a good ROAS
· Understand how paid channels apply conversion attribution, and different attribution models (last click/data driven)
· Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends and new developments
· Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
· Continual learner: always improving and finding better ways to use the latest tech and tools
· Highly proficient in written English.
