The headquarters of Genesys is located in Daly City, California. Also referred to as Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., the company is in the business of selling customer experience and call center technology to companies both medium and large. It sells software that is cloud-based and used on-premises. Genesys was founded in 1990 by Gregory Shenkman and Alec Miloslavsky, and today has offices around the world.
