The headquarters of Interactive Intelligence Inc. are located in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Founded by Dr. Donald Brown in 1994, the software company supplies unified business communications solutions to call centers, distant radio or phone stations, and business process automation worldwide.  Some of Interactive Intelligence’s partners when it comes to strategy includes HP, Microsoft, and Salesforce.com.
