For the past six years, Glassdoor has awarded its Employees’ Choice Awards to honor the 50 best places to work.  For 2014, the 21st best place to work was Southwest Airlines Co.

In Dallas, Texas, you will find the headquarters of Southwest Airlines Co., one of the major airlines in the United States and the biggest low-cost carrier around the world.  Established in 1967, the airline employs over 44,000 workers and produces over 3,400 flights each day.  Today, Southwest carries more domestic passengers than any other airline in the U.S.  Starting in January 2014, Southwest is scheduled to serve 89 destinations in 42 states and Puerto Rico.
