Where the Chemistry Happens…

The primary focus of the Customer Engagement Associate (CEA) will be to support BASF’s customer engagement campaign through the development and execution of grower and retail engagement plans.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Responsible for effectively executing customer engagement plans, ensuring a targeted, highly relevant customer approach. The CEA will work directly with BASF’s agency partners to execute on the customer plans
- Support the development of customer engagement plans and work closely with the Customer Engagement Manager, the Customer Solutions team, the Marketing team, as well as the Technical Development team and Sales, to ensure campaign alignment
- Support the development and on-going management of customer editorial calendar within the Grower and Retail E-Newsletters
- Reconcile and coordinate the advertising, sales and promotional budget
- Work with Associate Crop Managers (Marketing team) to ensure crop solution and brand objectives are effectively integrated into customer engagement plans, and that the right customer is receiving the right content at the right time

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Communications, Business or related degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, sales, communications or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Agriculture industry, working with and understanding growers and retail customers
- Project management experience
- Exceptional communication skills (oral & written)
- Proven ability to coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to hit specific deadlines
- Fosters and creates enthusiasm for new concept development
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and web-based applications
