Responsible for global scheduling of SEND study data deliverables using various tools in such a manner as to facilitate on time delivery to our customers. Managing intake of new studies, maintenance of ongoing studies and removal of work for cancelled studies, through communication with client services and client portfolio managers and electronic software.
• To maintain schedule for SEND delivery using tools such as excel, internal scheduling tools, etc.
• Assign work to staff and communicate schedule to staff and management
• Communicate changes in schedule to staff in a timely manner.
• Understand content of client contracts and study outlines to determine the work needed for SEND delivery
• Work with client services and client portfolio managers to ensure schedule is complete
• Escalate capacity issues in a timely manner and assist in finding resolution
• Assist manager in daily running of team by maintaining the schedule.
• Provide training to new and existing staff about scheduling. Provide training and support as required to CRL community.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to customers and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

• Education: Associate’s degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent in scientific support/administrative or related discipline.
• Experience: Two to four years of administrative/scheduling or related experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
• Certification/Licensure: None
• Other: This position requires a proficiency with MS Excel. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requires great attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team environment. Knowledge of resource scheduling tools is a plus. Ability to adhere to timelines.






Responsable de la planification globale des données livrables de l’étude SEND à l’aide de divers outils de manière à faciliter une livraison ponctuelle à nos clients. Gestion de l'admission de nouvelles études, maintien des études continues et suppression du travail pour les études annulées en communiquant avec les services à la clientèle, les gestionnaires de portefeuille clients et les logiciels électroniques.



  • Maintenir le calendrier des livraisons de l'étude SEND à l’aide d’outils comme Excel, les outils de planification internes, etc.
  • Attribuer le travail au personnel et communiquer le calendrier au personnel et aux gestionnaires.
  • Communiquer les changements de calendrier au personnel de façon ponctuelle.
  • Comprendre les grandes lignes des contrats et des études des clients afin de déterminer le travail nécessaire requis pour les livraisons de l'étude SEND.
  • Collaborer avec les services à la clientèle et les gestionnaires des portefeuilles clients pour veiller à ce que le calendrier soit complet.
  • Transmettre les problèmes de capacité à l'échelon supérieur et aider à trouver une solution.
  • Aider le gestionnaire à gérer quotidiennement l’équipe en respectant le calendrier.
  • Offrir de la formation aux nouveaux employés et aux employés actuels au sujet de la planification. Fournir de la formation et du soutien au besoin à la communauté CRL.
  • Offrir continuellement des services de haute qualité aux clients et gérer leurs attentes de manière efficace.
  • Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes selon les directives.



  • Formation : Grade d’associé (A.A./A.S.) ou l’équivalent en soutien scientifique, en administration ou dans une discipline connexe.
  • Expérience professionnelle : Deux à quatre ans d’expérience en administration, en planification ou en expérience connexe.
  • Une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience. professionnelle peut être acceptée comme substitut satisfaisant aux qualifications requises précitées.

  • Autres : Le titulaire du poste doit maîtriser MS Excel. Le poste requiert d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication. Le poste requiert une très grande attention aux détails. Capacité à bien travailler dans un environnement d'équipe. La connaissance des outils de planification des ressources est un atout. Capacité à respecter les échéanciers.



  • Doit utiliser régulièrement un ordinateur et d’autres appareils de bureau comme une calculatrice, un photocopieur et une imprimante.
  • Doit occasionnellement se déplacer à l’intérieur du bureau pour accéder à des classeurs, à des appareils de bureau, etc.
  • Doit fournir régulièrement de l'information et en recevoir au moyen de diverses technologies et sources, ainsi que divers médias et contacts. Doit être apte à échanger avec précision de l'information dans ces situations.
