Job Description

Currently hiring production operators.  These are permanent full-time positions to work 2nd shift (Monday – Friday 2PM – 10PM).  Starting rate is $13.00/hour plus shift differential.  Upon completion of probation (520 hours) rate is $13.77/hour plus shift differential. 

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will:

  • Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner by following all company safety rules and procedures
  • Continuous improvement of set-up times and run efficiencies
  • Maintains entire work area around machine to ensure it is kept neat and clean following 5S criteria
  • Maintains all necessary production records and reports and reviews manufacturing cards for variances
  • Reports breakdowns, damages, and excess wear of production tools and equipment
  • Loads and unloads materials to and from machines as required


The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Mechanical aptitude for production equipment
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with common tools
  • Basic computer skills to include data entry
  • Ability to learn and use basic measuring devices such as rulers
  • Ability to write and record information legibly
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Self starter
  • Strong work ethic
  •  Performs basic troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Understands basic quality standards. Able to inspect for specific quality attributes.
  • Attention to detail, asks for clarification when uncertain of quality requirements.
