We are seeking a Sales Employee Onboarding Specialist for our Winnipeg, MB location.

Formula for Success: You Will…
- Drive continuous improvement for onboarding activities
- Develop onboarding program content to include method of delivery
- Requires gathering information from multiple functions, collaborating with area experts, translation into higher-level overview appropriate for audience, and development of videos, interaction experiences, networking sessions, and presentations
- Establish, execute, and own workflow, checklists, and general coordination required to prepare for, track, and support new hire onboarding program for across Canada staff
- Schedule and facilitate 2-day onboarding sessions, administer surveys, and revise program as needed to maintain strong positive feedback and value of program
- Ensure workflow across multiple systems and teams are triggered for new
- Escalate issues appropriately when required to support new hires and Hiring Managers
- Provide support to resolve employee queries beyond initial, normal requests submitted by Administrative Staff
- Train Hiring Managers in expectations of their role in onboarding; ensure quality of execution is maintained
- Establish strong working relationships with key HR stakeholders (e.g., Recruitment, Business HR, Corporate HR), IT support, Hiring Managers, and Administrative Staff

Qualifications

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, OR in lieu of degree, High School diploma/equivalent with 5 years of experience. Experience in training and development is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to identify, assess, and utilize most suitable adult learning methodologies to increase motivation and learning effectiveness
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, and able to work across functions in a collaborative manner
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively deliver training to others in multiple settings
- Multi-task oriented with attention to detail and follow up activity. Drive for results
- Professional and mature demeanor with strong team orientation
