Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania you will develop software to enable on time delivery of Bombardier CITYFLO650 Projects. To this end you will be part of a team developing tools used by both Vehicle and Wayside groups.

You will work across several diverse projects simultaneously, understand system-level implementation strategies, and draw similarities between these scenarios whenever possible.You will support users of tools both in Pittsburgh and internationally.

In your role you will:

- Be responsible for that all software design activities in a project are performed according to applicable processes;
- Coordinate the plans, strategies and tasks with the Project Manager, Test Coordinator, System Engineer, Safety Engineer and Safety Validator;
- Participate in project Change Control Boards (CCB);
- Report the progress, status, issues, risks and remaining work to Test Coordinator;
- Continuously look for improvements in our products, tools and processes;
- Write Non Conformity Reports (NCR) for errors found in the systems under test and the test environments;
- Integrate sub-systems in system lab, and make sure that the system under test is ready for system test;
- Work as a team in a dynamic work environment.


As our ideal candidate:

- You hold an undergraduate Degree in Computer, Electrical Test Engineering; Master is preferred;
- You have three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience;
- You own a strong background using Linux Software;
- You possess knowledge of data analysis, software testing and software architecture;
- You own teamwork skills;
- Your English level is advanced (both spoken and written).
