As part of the Front Desk team, the Front Desk Associate provides the highest level of Owner and Guest service at every point of contact through the use of communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, ensuring our Owner and Guests receive an extraordinary Owner and vacation experience.

 

Specific Duties:

  1. To continually strive to exceed our Guests expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again
  2. Embraces Lodging Ovations’ Leadership Best Practices to ensure an extraordinary vacation experience for all Owners and Guests.
  3. Provides our Owners and Guests with Authentic service.
  4. Ensures all Owners and Guests are welcomed and registered and acts as a host of Lodging Ovations.
  5. Being a host, standing in the lobby or at the front desk for entire shift.
  6. Provides Switchboard and Concierge services.
  7. Ensures all duties on task list are completed.
  8. Liaises with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Owner services, and other departments.
  9. Performs cash handling duties.
  10. Performs other related duties as required

    Qualifications:

  14. Proof of clear criminal record check
  15. Previous Front Desk/Reception experience an asset.
  16. Guest service experience preferred.
  17. Administrative and computer skills are assets.
  18. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written are essential.
  19. Proven attention to detail required.
