To provide support to the Learning & Development Business Partner, particularly in the area of Learning Management System maintenance, content creation, and reporting – as well as support with EBSCO’s mentoring programs, onboarding initiatives, and compiling/review of data relevant to other training initiatives.


Essential Functions

  • Learn the administrative functions of EBSCO’s SuccessFactors Learning Management System in order to respond to inquiries and make system updates including adding new courses and items to the system, adding new curricula, updating learner records, assigning training, and running reports.
  • Learn to use Articulate software in order to create online courses for the EBSCO Learning Management System.
  • Track employee training attendance using Excel and the LMS
  • Assist with EBSCO’s mentorship program using the MentorCliQ software, as well as respond to employee inquiries regarding the program.
  • Assist with invitations, marketing, and set-up of instructor-led training.
  • Provide general administration support for the Learning & Development Business Partner


Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in progress
  • Qualified candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, multi-tasking, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are required.
  • Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented


Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience with learning management systems a plus.
  • Experience with instruction and training delivery (either online or online) a plus.
  • Experience with data-gathering, analysis, and needs assessment, including strategic thinking and problem-solving.
