Lead Learning & Development Program Administrator

Summary

The Andeavor University (ANDU) program is aimed in part at consolidating multiple, disparate learning management systems into a single technical platform (SAP SuccessFactors). This person will help to support the consolidation effort and act as the lead LMS Administrator for Andeavor in the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) environment. Additionally, this role will capture reporting requirements and assist with measurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administers and monitors training programs at the Corporate level. Creates, uploads, and administers course content. May also develop the training programs.
  • Administers and evaluates Governance throughout system production. Develops and maintains audit procedures for the program.
  • Oversees aspects of content governance and executes audit procedures as defined by the LMS Governance. Tracks and reports training activities and facilitator certifications to ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
  • Provides support for logistics, course development and design, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management. Assesses program needs to drive training initiatives and provide input for the strategic plan.
  • Develops and/or modifies multimedia visual aids, presentations, and web content.May create written knowledge tests for course completions with input from subject matter experts or training developers.
  • Works closely with corporate system administrator, HRIS team, and IT department and is responsible for the efficient operation of the LMS.
  • Partners with Business to analyze performance and/or compliance issues and recommends potential solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6 or more years of Learning and Development experience required
  • Experience administering a Learning Management System required
