In this role, you will serve as a key resource to the Amway U.S. based Independent Business Owners (IBO’s), who are building their Amway business, utilizing Leader Growth Solutions (LGS) methodology.  You will be part of a talented, highly motivated team of fifteen, who support IBO growth through; mentorship, training, resource sharing, and tools, that can positively impact emerging Amway business leaders.  You will feel and experience the energy among the developing Amway IBO’s, who are experiencing success, and will provide tools and counsel to help them achieve the next level of profitability in their business.


How you would contribute to the role:


Working directly with Silver and Gold Level IBO’s, you will act as in internal consultant, to enable their success.  Using IBO data, analytics, and insights, you will analyze and interpret that data to identify opportunities for the IBO, to sustain and grow their business.  You will be partnering with the IBO to share information, opportunities, training, and ideas, to help the IBO grow their Amway business.  Analyzing key performance indicators (KPI’s), you will be responsible to identify performance gaps or flags for improvement, driving actionable adjustments to help the IBO attain their goals.  Your role will involve a combination of working with data and analytics, problem solving, and consulting to enable IBO success, involving at times tough but meaningful conversations.  Understanding the IBOs qualification status, and its overall impact to their organization is a must.


What skills and background will be important to be successful:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a related function (Business, Customer Service, Rules, Sales, etc.)
  • Bilingual skills with Spanish preferred (verbal and written), OR bilingual skills in French or Korean
  • Talent to analyze and interpret data for problem solving, and to consult with IBO’s on business opportunities
  • Proficiency in the Amway Sales, and Growth Incentive plans, and/or understanding of sales, and direct selling
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas succinctly to diverse groups
  • Ability to present to large and small groups (public speaking at events)
  • Ability to travel, involving occasional weekend business commitments, and flexibility to adjust daytime hours to support business demands
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
