SAIC is seeking an ICAM Architect to support a civilian Federal client.

The successful candidate will drive the Solution Architecture and Product Components for the ICAM practice, drawing on their technical and business solutions acumen and their IT architecture, infrastructure, and security applications expertise to influence the strategic direction of our customer’s ICAM architecture in a fast paced, demanding project environment.

Job Duties:

- Develop and communicate the strategic solution roadmap of ICAM within the federal context
- Maintain and communicate the strategic roadmap
- Work with project team leaders to understand and apply the architecture principles to point solutions
- Interface with vendors to understand relevant product roadmaps
- Participate in internal, partner and customer design sessions
- Review and approve all ICAM solution architecture decisions
- Ensure the team has clear understanding of the architecture and underlying product set they are using to conform with the strategic architecture direction
- Contribute to continuous growth of the Security practice through identification of new opportunities and development of security solutions
- Work with third party integration teams to coordinate integration and testing, where applicable
- Work with team leaders to support both dedicated and matrixed resources
- Stay abreast of industry direction and future opportunities

Required Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related IT (or an additional 4 years’ experience in lieu of degree).
- US Citizenship who has the ability to obtain and maintain Federal Public Trust designation is required as a condition of continued employment.
- 14+ years of Systems Engineering experience
- 10+ years of experience designing and deploying ICAM (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) solutions
- 10+ years of Active Directory experience, including federation services, group policy management and certificate administration
- 8+ years of experience in large enterprise security architecture, including strong knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and ITSG standards
- 3+ years of experience with role based access control (RBAC), authentication solutions using basic and certificate based authentication, delegated administration models, credential life-cycle management, policy engines, and implementation of security policies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

Desired Skills/Experience/Education:

- Experience supporting federal government agencies is preferred
- Experience with:
- SailPoint Identity Management
- CyberArk Privileged Account Security & Password Management
- SSH Universal Key Manager
- GSA USAccess Assured Identity
- FICAM 2.0/3.0
- Professional certifications such as MCSE and CISSP are strongly desired
