This position will be a part of the Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity offers excellent insight into the staffing and recruitment functions while being involved in a variety of HR projects including onboarding, relocation, training, as well as other ad hoc projects.  This opportunity could provide a solid groundwork for a career in talent management.  The hours for this role will be approximately 20 hours per week.



  • Manage the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) to create and post job openings.  Serve as system administrator for any questions related to SF.
  • Source and identify viable candidates for Corporate-specific openings: conduct initial phone screens and make recommendations to hiring managers as it relates to candidates next steps.
  • Assist with scheduling career fairs and/or other recruiting-related events as needed
  • Work closely with Relocation team to ensure employee moves are occurring seamlessly.  Working with vendor and internal employees on questions and support.
  • Administrator for Corporate New Hire Orientation program: including scheduling presenters and conference rooms, preparing materials and collecting new hire paperwork.
