This position will be based in San Francisco, but will assist the Global Inventory department in both the San Francisco and Singapore offices. The Assistant Planner will be responsible for managing our DC Pull processes. They will also assist with the logistical and administrative duties surrounding our franchise and company-owned international businesses by ensuring our international partners maintain healthy inventory levels throughout the year.


* Support Australia and Franchise DC Pull Process, tracking, and issue resolution
* Enter transfers for DC Pull allocations
* Create purchase orders for DC Pulls and ensure communication of orders to Global partners
* Maintain log of all DC Pulled purchase orders and cancellations. Amend purchase orders and communicate changes to Global partners
* Create a Standard of Process for DC Pull tasks
* Prepare Air Request Forms in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage and update WSI Contacts and Info list
* Assist Sr. Planner with financial projects and submissions
* Perform Ad Hoc reporting to support Franchise PO Placement and processes
* Assist in Global Inventory Team projects for new franchise launches
* Assist Global Inventory Team with general admin & miscellaneous projects
* Assist Global Inventory Team in planning tool administration



* Candidate ideally has with 1-3 years of retail experience
* Strong in Microsoft Excel
* Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task
* Demonstrate sense of urgency & ability to seek-out solutions
* Superior written, communication & listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
