We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our Operations. The Senior Operations Manager leads and manages the Donation Center, Food Pantry, Facilities, Transportation, and Food Services functions. Ensures that all functions are aligned with the missions priorities, in compliance with operational standards, and reflective of our values.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, review, and provide feedback on the Operations strategy and budget. Revise plans as needed.
Exercises final approval/veto authority over the staffing and standards of the Food Services, Transportation, Facilities, Food Pantry and the Donation Center.
Implements annual objectives that fit into the overall mission strategy.
Exercises final approval over the organization's risk management
Oversees the implementation of risk aversion practices that will promote a safe environment.
Oversees the project management of building projects.
Raises funds that reduce costs through bartering services like GreenApple
Provides input on issues that affect any of the buildings and their safety.
Develops and supports the department's staff, serving as back-up, when necessary.
Exercises communication authority over Operations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
