Job Details
Marketing Senior Coordinator, or Specialist, title will commiserate with years of experience in our Healthcare dept. This can be in any location we have an office - but hybrid will be required.
Job Summary:
The position provides support to the business development marketing managers and business development analysts within the healthcare dept.
Overall Responsibilities:
Support the execution of business development initiatives, programs, events and activities for the Department and its Practice Groups
Support RFP and pitch response strategy, including intelligence research and drafting targeted materials for strategic response.
Coordinate and support the execution of internal and client-facing events, with support from the firm-wide events team (includes supporting the development of event proposals and budgets, negotiation of contracts, timeline development, menu selection, site selection, logistics, invitations, onsite staffing, etc.)
Coordinate event details including collecting event RSVPs and sending attorney updates, printing name tags, staffing registration table, collecting/assembling event handout materials, post-event follow-up, and tracking lead generation and ROI, tracking event attendance in firm CRM
Assist with invitation design, targeted list development, client communications, and event promotion such as social media engagement (taking event pictures, attaining photo releases)
Support Department and Practice Group initiatives, sourcing and recommending organizations and events as directed
Work closely with public relations to promote awareness of practices, news and events, new hires, and other media opportunities on behalf of the Department
Administrative
Coordinate new attorney onboarding activities: headshots, PR, marketing orientation, etc.
Coordinate surveys, nominations and legal rankings directory submissions
Data entry for purposes of ROI and relationship management
Assist with the marketing budget, including processing invoices, reconciling expenses, etc.
Employees approved for flexible work arrangements are expected to be available and maintain a practice of reliable, consistent attendance at all times during the employees scheduled work shift including, but not limited to, Jabber/instant message, Zoom, email and voicemail, and by phone.
Other duties as assigned
