Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including the preparation of detailed financial models, to support M&A transactions.
  • Conduct industry and market research to identify potential acquisition targets, assess market trends, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials for clients, including pitch books, teasers, and other marketing materials.
  • Participate in due diligence processes, including the review of financial and legal documents, and the identification of key risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior bankers to support deal execution and manage client relationships.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Prior experience in investment banking or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to work long hours and take on significant responsibilities.
