SALES AND RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Experienced 360 Consultant
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- 20+ days PTO

THE ROLE:
- SALES
- Calling and Marketing candidates to prospects.
- Selling and our services to clients - Retained Search, Contingent Search, Contracting.
- Taking a consultative approach with clients listing to their needs and explaining the features and benefits of working with Oscar.
- Commercial Negotiation of rates, fees, and agreements.
- Develop strategies to grow business inside of existing client portfolios while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track and enter all activity and adjust as needed to meet all sales and hiring goals on time and in budget.
- RECRUITMENT
- Qualifying candidates through effective questioning techniques.
- Matching candidates and clients appropriately through developing relationships and understanding the needs of both.
- Creating content and job posts to attract passive candidates, which you will actively promote and market on social media channels.
- Negotiating, influencing, and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.
- Gaining a strong commercial awareness of the vertical market you are working on and building a network to generate leads, references, and referral
- Implement creative recruiting strategies to expand current talent pool.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 2+ Years working for a US or UK based staffing company that operates a 360 / Full Desk model
- Proven track record in developing your own business and billings within a niche (candidate short) vertical discipline and/or geographical area
- Experience managing multiple client relationships / accounts and increasing client life-time value
- Ability to qualify job requirements and effectively relay information to co-workers
- Sourcing and Recruiting experience (Headhunting, Job Boards, LinkedIn, Referrals etc.)
- Team Lead experience or willingness to help train new hires as we grow
- Competitiveness and strong drive to succeed
- Money motivated with financial goals.
- Desire to learn and stay agile in an ever-changing environment.
- Proven track record of demonstrating resilience, positivity, and a strong work-ethic.
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to implement feedback through training.
