Workdays: Monday to Friday

Required Skills/Experience:

3-5 years of experience. Significant benefit for applicants that have this experience with one or more CLM Vendor applications.

Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, business process redesign and mapping, testing and user training, documentation of activities, processes, test scripts and client interaction.

Gathers and analyzes user business requirements and processes. Understanding the existing business processes & legacy systems of the client.

Prepare business requirements document and validate solutions with the client.

Prepare functional design documents for customizations, reports, and interfaces. Analyze customized solutions for GAPs.

Communicates and interacts with technical team and client to resolve functional issues to meet the client's requirements.

Provide key user training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan

Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is preferred.

Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts

BA/BS degree (information systems, computer science or supply chain/operations degree Preferred)

Salesforce administrator experience a plus
