Compensation: $65000.00 to $80000.00 yearly

Provide proactive HR Services in the areas of Recruiting, On-boarding, Communication, Retention and other general HR duties. May be a back up to other functional HR areas. This position will provide full-cycle recruiting support through all levels of the Organization. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics while managing the recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

-Demonstrate enthusiasm and high-level of initiative while working diligently and consistently to be a high performing team member in a high performance culture.
-Management of the entire recruiting life-cycle: sourcing resumes/ candidates, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews, extending offers, new hire orientations, tracking and reporting on candidate and interview data.
-Assist with the development and implementation of creative staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Examples may include community outreach, area partnerships, career fairs, etc.
-Maintain a variety of recruiting sources that provide appropriate candidate flow. Track and monitor employee retention through stay interviews.
-Develop and use social media for networking, sourcing, communication and recruiting efforts.
-Play an active role in the design, creation and content of Communication materials for both internal and external purposes.
-Work with the hiring manager to define/clarify job requirements and ensure employment needs are addressed in a timely manner.
-Qualify potential candidates through phone interviews, in-person interviews and reference checks. Possess a strong ability to screen and prepare candidates within appropriate and consistent timelines.
-Maintains/organizes applicant information & communication with applicants.
-Coordinate, streamline and ensure timely on-boarding of new employees including orientation.
-Successfully present and represent the Company while attending job fairs and/or conducting on-campus recruiting.
-Maintain turnover statistics/metrics and recommend retention strategies.
-Identify, create and distribute relevant HR Communications across the organization.
-Assist with HRIS administration and generation/distribution of monthly reporting.
-Other special projects: organize or assist with employee events United Way, summer event/picnic, anniversary party; possible international projects, etc.
-Miscellaneous tasks include filing, and other duties as assigned
