Duties of the Payroll Administrator:
Maintain payroll related employee files including updates to address, banking and deductions.
Process (multi state) bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly payrolls for approximately 200-230 employees.
Provide support and separate check runs for two company divisions.
Use multiple methods to retrieve and confirm employee timesheets including logging into portals and working with staff in other time zones to authorize
Calculating PTO, processing various forms of pay (OT, Bonus, Expense Reimbursement, payroll adjustments, etc.).
Act as a liaison with the payroll provider (ADP). Troubleshoot any payroll data upload issues.
Provide direct support for employee and company questions. Resolve any payroll differences.
Run payroll reports as requested.
Provide support for audits.
