TheTeam
The Logistics Technical Team is a national centralised team that manages systems across the CCEP Logistics network. The Logistics Technical Team is responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly without system issues as well as implementing system enhancements which ensure CCEP have a competitive edge.
The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join us and become a key member of our team at Richlands, QLD. You will lead, nurture and develop a team of QLD Systems Analysts as part of the wider Systems & Inventory team, ensuring the Systems Analysts are working to provide operational support for day to day tickets. You will build capability in the wider Distribution Centre team, seeking continuous improvement as you go. Leading our team, you will work with the Richlands and Townsville Distribution Centre teams, as well as other functions in the wider CCEP systems network, ensuring maximum value is being received from CCEP automation, systems and infrastructure, leading the systems and automation project masterplan.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead and manage the successful end-to-end implementation of Systems related CI projects, including defining projects team and stakeholders, and leading the project from development, to testing, to deployment
- Ensuring maximum value is being received from CCEP automation, systems and infrastructure implemented
- Building relationships between DC Team Managers and the Systems, Automation and DC teams, collaborating to strategize and enhance Systems Operational Effectiveness
- The overall responsibility for the delivery of Systems Masterplan, balancing CI projects and system enhancements, systems and infrastructure functionality improvements, regression testing, and day to day issue resolution
- Identifying system bugs and providing technical guidance, consultation and support for projects and systems risks which could create operational, financial or regulatory impacts
- The direct management, coaching and development of the systems analyst teams
- Building capability across the DC to increase systems knowledge base and mitigate against operationally caused systems issues
- Owning and building relationships with wider CCEP systems network and third-party vendors
About you
- Minimum 3 years experience with systems network & infrastructure
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems – SAP EWM advantageous
- Experience working with Automated Warehousing – ASRS / Automated Case Picker
- Experience in contract management is advantageous
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
- An ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Experience dealing with multiple priorities
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders to form an agreed plan - excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to ensure plans are effectively communicated
- An ability to lead, nurture and develop others
- An ability to lead systems projects and upgrades from concept to delivery
- A qualification in supply chain / logistics is advantageous
