Darigold is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to be a part of the Sunnyside Maintenance Team. The selected candidate must possess the desire and ability to lead the maintenance function. The Maintenance Manager will be a partner in the Operations Division. This role is to lead the Sunnyside Plant Maintenance Managers both in managing and fiscal responsibilities.
What you will do: (other duties as assigned)
· Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
· Administer department budget within established guidelines.
· Maintain a safe work environment.
· Maintain plant quality performance standards, assuring compliance with all HACCP, FMSA standards in alignment with maintenance practices.
· Provide emergency response.
· Supervise plant maintenance managers ensuring collaborative relations with operations.
What you will need:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Dairy, beverage, packaging, or process industry background preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with mechanical systems, fluid processing, carpentry, electrical, building maintenance, wastewater treatment and refrigeration systems.
Must have schedule flexibility to work during emergency situations, weekends, and off shifts as necessary.
Prior experience managing in a 24/7 environment is a plus
