Communication Strategist

Enquizit is seeking a Mid-Level Communication Strategist thatwill be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that effectively convey the project’s progress and value to its target audience. Ideal candidate will collaborate with different teams to understand communication culture and prioritize communication needs, develop messaging frameworks, and design communication.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize communication needs and strategies.
- Design messaging frameworks that effectively convey the project's value to its target audience.
- Develop and execute communication plans that leverage various communication channels (e.g., social media, email, website, etc.) to reach the project's target audience.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication plans and adjust as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on effective communication strategies and tactics.
- Stay up to date on the progress of the project and upcoming milestones.
- Manage communication budgets and vendors as necessary.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a communication strategy role.
- Aptitude and desire to learn about the scientific elements of the project and a knack to communicate the value to non-technical audiences.
- Strong exposure to Public Health (Epidemiology in particular) or Software Modernization, preferably both.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing communication plans across various channels.
- Self-starter and results oriented.
- Strong project management skills, preferably in a government environment
