We are seeking candidates that are interested in joining Q2 Management’s Travel Team!

As a Travel Leader, you could be exposed to many dynamic automotive environments and have the opportunity to meet and work with colleagues in the following states: North Carolina, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, and New York.

As part of the travel team, you can kickstart your career in automotive and build your network. You will complete your initial training for your role in the branch for which you’ve been hired, and you will be surveyed for travel opportunities as they arise.

Applicants open to travel will receive the following perks when travelling:

  • + $3.00 hourly travel premium on any overnight travel
  • Minimum 8 hours per shift when travelling guaranteed
  • Hotel accommodations provided

  • Priority selection for future travel to various states

The incumbents must have reliable transportation and ability to travel for extended periods if needed. Leaders must commit to travel within 24 hours’ notice.

Job Summary:

The Project Leader is a leadership position at Q2 Management.

This role is an operations leader for inspection and rework activities at various client sites. You will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of shift leaders and quality control inspectors. Together, your team will evaluate parts and assemblies to ensure client production is building safe and visually perfect cars.

  • Employee validation, training and development
  • Leading and motivating your team
  • Managing data and time reporting for your team
  • Shift communications and scheduling

  • Support and work alongside a diverse group of leaders and managers
  • Represent Q2 at all client sites to the highest professional standards
