We are seeking a passionate sales manager that is self-motived and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have a strong background in energy solutions (i.e. rooftop solar, EV, storage). In this role you will be primarily responsible for leading the sales and delivery of the Energy and Mobility Solutions in Italy.
The right candidate has strong sales skills in the areas of energy, sustainability, and mobility, is a self-starter and able to work independently. The role will is crucial to help solve customer pain points with regards to energy by providing customers with our Energy and Mobility solutions. Energy and Mobility is Essentially a start-up within Prologis, so it’s a great opportunity to leverage existing skills to help build and grow the business.
What’s Needed In Order To Do That
Educate our customers on the full range of Prologis Energy and Mobility products and services (Solar, Mobility, Storage, Energy Supply and more) and promote the benefits resulting from their use
Explain what the USP’s are for working with Prologis Energy
Develop an intimate understanding of our customers businesses and identify how Energy and Mobility products and services will satisfy customer needs
Identify and develop new product opportunities based on customer needs and feedback.
Communicate and introduce new Energy product offerings to the Prologis team in Italy and possibly Spain
Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal Prologis teams and service as the primary point of contact for our preferred vendor partners from start to finish
Develop sales strategy in partnership with local real estate teams to scale the business
Support in the development of sales processes as the business grows
Participate in the establishment of annual revenue targets and implement strategic plans to reach those revenue targets
Establish and maintain an opportunity pipeline

5+ years of B2B sales experience in the energy industry in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Knowledge of energy markets and energy solutions
Proven consultative sales experience, managing a sales cycle from end to end
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
Enthusiastic, outgoing personality, strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative nature – desire to help others succeed
Fluency in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus
Travel required about 25% of time
