Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Define global digital strategy and supervise the local implementation through local marketing teams.

  • Strategic Planning of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

  • Collaborate with COE, or agencies and other vendor partners.

  • Building Partnerships - develops and leverages relationships within and across work groups to achieve results. Execution-ensures other contribute to organizational strategies by focusing them on the most critical priorities, measuring progress and ensuring accountability against those metrics.

  • Business Acumen - uses knowledge of economic, financial, market, and industry trends to understand and improve individual, work group and organizational results; uses understanding of major business functions, industry trends, and own organization's position to contribute to effective business strategies.

  • Aligning Performance for Success: focuses and manages individual performance by helping other set performance goals; and then tracking results and evaluating performance effectiveness.

  • Influencing - uses effective involvement and persuasion strategies to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions that support specific work outcomes.

  • Building Networks - takes action to establish and maintain connections with people outside their formal work group, including those outside the organization (e.g. peers, cross-functional partner and vendors) who are willing and able to provide the information, ideas, expertise and influence needed to achieve work goals.

  • Facilitating Change - encourages others to implement better approaches to address problems and opportunities; leads the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace.

  • Is responsible for providing thorough, current knowledge of therapeutic areas, including sharing and explaining applicable clinical development plans, details of competitive landscape treatment practices to stakeholders.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication and 2-3 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

  • Strong experience in Pharma Market and deep knowledge of CH and Pharma Products and Marketing strategies would be an asset

  • Must possess Digital and Analytical skills, quality & accuracy - curiosity - decision making, speed and autonomy in working. Management of complexity and ability to give the right priority.

  • Must possess Microsoft office Tools skills,

  • Must possess strong abilities in Financial Planning and Strategy, Competitive Analysis. Understanding the Customer & Product development

  • Resolves highly complex and novel issues with far reaching impact and/or consequences. Required significant time horizon to assess the effectiveness of solutions.

  • Able to express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations.

  • English will be primary language of business and the candidate should be fluent in it.
