We are looking for a Project Manager, Producer, or Product Manager with at least three years of experience within a digital agency to join our team.
Working collaboratively with our design and development team and our clients you ensure projects and resulting work is planned, executed and delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
This position will work closely within a cross-functional team members across strategy, UX/UI design and dev.
What you’ll do- Responsible for planning all operational aspects for new ecommerce websites.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including documentation, scope management, client communications and internal team support.
- Lead discussions to gather, refine and define project requirements (business, content, user, technical, ecommerce).
- Produce project estimates and statements of work.
- Ensure all stakeholders have a clear view of activities, milestones, costs, and risks at all times.
- Obtain approvals at all appropriate stages of strategy, creative and technical production.
- Ensure the team is not over-scheduled on project tasks and have everything they need to work effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with internal team leads on project resourcing, progress, and challenges.
- At least 3 years experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager or Producer in a digital agency environment.
- Experience executing medium-to-large scale website projects or digital products.
- Ecommerce platform experience (preferably Shopify/Shopify Plus), with a solid understanding of the associated technical considerations.
- Capable of running projects independently, from planning to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident running meetings and presenting to clients.
- Experience operating in an agile environment (in one way or another); standups, sprints, story pointing, you get it.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Jira), creating project plans and timelines and working within Google Suite.
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to help us work smarter.
- Ability and desire to contribute to strategy discussions, bringing your unique perspectives to solve complex problems.
- A relevant degree, diploma or equivalent experience.
