Workdays:
Full Time - 5 days a week (Mon to Fri); Location: USA/Remote
Working Hours: Flexible, one daily standup call (8am NYC time);

Requirements:
Solid experience in UX design, UI is a huge plus
Strong designer with understanding of complex product structures and complex user flows
A degree in Design or UX/UI Design or 2-3 years of practical experience in UX/UI Design
Creative problem-solving mindset and very strong curiosity to learn and to work in a team
Highly motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
What experience we are looking for:
Direct experience with web design, CRO, UX/UI, etc.
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and best practices or Click Funneling
Solid understanding of user experience & design fundamentals
The ability to set up a landing page testing roadmap and analyze its results
Has a deep understanding of how CRO / UX impacts paid media performance
Adobe Creative Cloud apps- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Familiarity with UX/UI tech - Sketch, Figma, Invision, etc.
Clear knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, wireframing
