That is good news! We are looking for a Mixer Operator. You will be responsible for blending ingredients in our plant. If you are a reliable person and you have good organization skills, you are the person we are looking for!


  • In charge of mixing solid and liquid fertilizers according to the recipe

  • Follows production schedul

  • Performs calculations at the end of production to use up inputs

  • Uses right inputs in accordance with the recipes in order to operate the mix line optimally

  • Makes necessary adjustments to comply with the recipes, while respecting the established standards

  • Makes sure the quality controls meet the standards

  • Fills the production reports (verification of inputs, mixes, flow rates, etc.)

  • Communicates with his supervisor in case of nonconformities or equipment breakdown and collaborates with the maintenance staff to inform them about the functioning of the equipment

  • Communicates with the operator preceding and following his shift to share all information relevant to the proper conduct of operations

  • Makes sure to contact the right people when there are problems or specific request

  • Gives his supervisor ideas for improving the company

  • Applies and respects policies and regulations

  • Is responsible for maintaining the equipment and his work environment clean and safe and ensures compliance with health and safety standards

  • Performs all other tasks requested by his immediate supervisor


  • Experience with mixing earth components;

  • One year experience in a quality control position;

  • Availability to work on different shifts;

  • You have computer skills (Windows environment);

  • Fluent in English.

  • Overtime paid at time and a half;
  • Profit sharing; 
  • Salary increases per collective agreement;
  • Night premium of 0,90$ per hour.

Terms of employment : 2 years.
