What part will you play?

In this role, you will assist leadership and project teams with the coordination of resources, meetings, and information. You will be a key player in the company’s ongoing Transformation initiatives, including project management, change management and communications.

What will you be doing?

  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Document and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Prepare and manage project management documents
  • Assist with internal and external communications
  • Support content creation of executive presentations
  • Support project management of various Transformation Office initiatives
  • Support the change management process and communications plans leveraging multiple communication channels
  • Manage corporate calendar and maintain organizational charts
  • Maintain dashboards and executive updates
  • To be successful in this role, you must be adaptable, proactive and have experience managing competing priorities within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate high levels of initiative and professionalism. Exercising privacy and confidentiality is also essential.

  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
  • Attention to detail even under pressure
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks; PowerPoint skills desired.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration software (SharePoint, Teams)
