The Regional Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. Job Description:

  • Drive product development (from discovery to launch) of the Anti-Fraud products focused in the Brazilian market
  • Liaison with business stakeholders to develop hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Identify and analyze feature requests to determine business value and priority
  • Develop product roadmap, define, prioritize, and align/communicate short and long term product goals with key stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal anti-fraud systems to support business stakeholders with both chargeback and non-chargeback issues
  • Communicating and collaborating with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines
  • Actively collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance including feature testing and troubleshooting
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
  • Product Management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products
  • Experience in discovery, designing, launching, and prioritizing digital product solutions
  • Show the ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectives
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking.
  • Previous experience in Anti-Fraud chargeback and/or non-chargeback is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the e-commerce, fintech or anti-fraud industry will be an advantage
