Working in an autonomous role but as part of a global team, you’ll be responsible for keeping our supply chain running smoothly. You’ll:
• Cooperate with Connected Planning to implement and maintain Inventory and Material Management Strategies for all Finished Goods in portfolio by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters
• Ensure all supply planning activities for said portfolio - including system setups, managing network imbalances with factory, ensuring weekly customer service reviews and communications
• Support connected planning leadership to ensure weekly inventory management tasks across all brands are completed including – updating reports, monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets, highlighting trends and risks, creating and monitoring weekly actions
• Identify and manage potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs – work with cross functional teams to ensure right actions are taken to minimize write offs
• Proactive review of potential out of stock situations or supply shortages and recommend mitigating actions
• Lead the inventory analysis and management tasks in supply review across planning, finance and commercial teams
• Represent supply planning in supply projects like – warehouse transition, space management, system transition etc – and lead the outlined tasks in a timely manner
You’ll succeed because…
…have successfully demonstrated your ability to improve warehousing, logistics and transportation service levels. You:
• Have 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or production planning within an FMCG
• Have strong knowledge of supply systems
• Have the ability to manage workload and identify priority tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Have strong influencing & communication skill
• Have ability to consolidate large volumes of complex information, interpret & communicate to stakeholders.
• Have excellent skills on data analysis including excels, report and dashboard creation, outlining key trends
• Have the ability to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently
• Are naturally inquisitive and interested in Reckitt
• Are confident and capable of operating at all levels and able to resolve conflict situations
• Are competent with Office 365 tools and information systems with advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint & PowerBI needed
• Are able to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to evaluate and resolve operational issues.
