The Associate Marketing Manager enables growing product categories in the HVAC and IoT industries to make an impact with a forward-thinking marketing team. This role is responsible for activation of marketing initiatives for multiple signature and product brands on our team to ensure successful translation of each category’s strategy and objectives.
This position will work closely with category marketing leads as well as creative and digital team members on the development of objectives and tactics within an integrated marketing plan, working across B2B and B2C channels to drive results against key metrics. This is a cross-functional role where a deep collaboration between the product team, sales team, digital and product / engineering teams is paramount. You will work alongside these teams to implement and execute measurable growth strategies that move our customers from awareness and consideration to decision and adoption phases of the buyers’ journey.

As an Associate Marketing Manager, YOU WILL:
Growth Program Marketing
- Lead and assist with execution of integrated marketing programs on time and at an exceptional level of quality.
- Support communication plans and execution of new product launches and new features across all channels.
- Develop thoughtful campaign goals and high-level project plans to activate digital marketing, website, event marketing, promotions and retail / distributor merchandising initiatives.
Video and Creative Coordination
- Develop project and creative briefs to ensure work with creative and digital teams drive engaging paid search, social, and email activations designed to move people through buyers’ journeys of awareness, consideration, decision (i.e., purchase), and adoption with clear objectives and measurable results.
- Support and coordinate the activation of a strategy for engaging, meaningful video content for retail, pro, and utility customers across owned, earned, and paid marketing channels.
- Coordinate with teams on SEO, website & product listings to deliver best-in-class customer experience on owned content.
- Develop content customized for audience and channel, by working closely with category marketing leaders.
- Help build ESG messaging for our products and their impact to our organizational and customer sustainability goals.
- Develop and report on meaningful KPIs and metrics that support business unit goals with continuous testing and refinement.
Marketing Project Support and Reporting
- Drive ESG messaging for our products and their impact to our organizational and customer sustainability goals.

- Develop and report on meaningful KPIs and metrics that support business unit goals with continuous testing and refinement.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Communications, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in brand/marketing management or a related position
- Strong project management skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly solve challenges/problems
- Ability to manage and grow relationships with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- Experience either collaborating with or working at mid- to large-sized marketing and/or digital agencies
- Experience with CRM (i.e., Salesforce) and project management tools (i.e., Trello, Basecamp, Monday.com)
- Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing and content strategies (owned, earned, paid)

Schedule
We offer the flexibility of a core hour work schedule. Employees can flex their start and stop times given they are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure their chosen work schedules are supporting our customers. This role may have a travel requirement of up to 5%, which would include at most visiting a trade show to better understand the voice of customer, but this is not a travel oriented role.
