Description

The Clinical Robot Operations Team Lead will take the role in maintaining current clinical robot services and will be critical to ongoing success. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists and being the first line of communication with internal stakeholders. You will act as a liaison between onsite robot operations and headquarters. This position is a hybrid role with some time working from home (~35%) and some time working in our HQ (~65%). Professional technical training not required for this job, this is a customer service/operations/management position.


What You’ll Be Doing/Responsibilities



  • Maintaining current implementations of clinical services

  • Managing the day-to-day operations

  • Managing conflict and solving work-flow challenges

  • Scheduling shift coverage while managing time off requests and holidays

  • Assigning projects to team members and monitoring progress

  • Contributing to the professional development of team members

  • Creating desirable outcomes for company-wide OKRs

  • Possessing a positive customer service oriented attitude

  • Reporting out weekly/monthly reports and assessments to the Robot Operations Manager

  • Relaying robot operation improvement opportunities to the Robot Operations Manager

  • Reinforcing pride in organizational success and overall vision and impact

  • Overseeing team building activities on a quarterly basis (at a minimum)

Preferred qualifications



  • Applicable operations experience

  • Healthcare experience ( i.e. clinical operations, clinical research, clinical coordinator, healthcare project management)

  • Customer service industry experience

  • Supervisory/Team Lead/Management experience
