Description
- Associates degree or the necessary experience preferably in a Help Desk setting
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology and software functionality
- Demonstrated customer service focus and technical support experience
- Able to effectively communicate with staff with a wide variety of technical experience
- Good documentation writing skills
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Must be emotionally and medically able to perform essential job responsibilities
- Works under general supervision with the ability to follow directions/specifications
- Uses good judgment and available information to resolve issues
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Ability to learn quickly and use critical thinking skills
- Work hours as identified a member of IT Management and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned
- Collaborate with the Software Support team towards resolving customer requests/issues
- Understand and comply with all principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Ethics and HIPAA regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer
- Serve as a role model for other staff and clients
- Demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance
