Travel is back and adventure travel is on a growth trend. As Acquisition Marketing Manager your goal is to acquire new Exodus customers, generating bookings, gaining new contacts and building the pipeline of demand.

This position will be part of the acquisition team, within our global marketing team, with your primary focus on growth in the U.S. market. You’ll combine your creative and analytical skills to draw new customers to our brand.

Location:- Remote within Canada working EST hours.

What you will be doing:

  • Your main channels will be partnerships, sponsorships, PR/Influencers, display & events (physical and virtual), with responsibility for planning, delivery and performance.
  • You’ll deliver some activity with the support of agencies and some directly through the team, constantly learning by analyzing and optimizing performance
  • You’ll seek, form, agree and execute a range of new partnerships with a focus on maximizing available budget and a positive ROI
  • Most of your focus will be on B2C marketing, however, you’ll also play a co-ordination role with the B2B marketing teams in the US & UK
  • You’ll be line manager for the Marketing Communications Coordinator, based in Toronto
  • This role includes being the campaign owner for many acquisition campaigns, mainly U.S. focused:
  • Leading teams from across the department to deliver your campaigns
  • There will be a strong focus on inspiring ideas; clear briefs & plans; strong execution and insightful post campaign evaluation and performance reporting.
  • Building demand and brand differentiation in messaging & creative and leveraging our reasons to believe, as well as utilizing offers and contests on occasion

  • Successful line management and project leadership who empowers & develops others
  • Examples of driving growth in the U.S. market, or hyper-growth in other international markets
  • Proven track record of building partnerships
  • Previous success with choreographing attention-grabbing PR campaign
  • Persuasive, positive and innovative force for good, who is goal focused, with a bias for action.
  • Proactively co-ordinate projects and channels, prioritizing workload, while quickly responding to changes as they arise, and taking action to hit targets.
  • An open, inclusive and collaborative colleague with a growth mindset, who puts the team goals first
  • Demonstrated ability in reporting, reviewing and responding to performance results and customer insight
  • Previous experience in the travel industry or passion for world travel os desireable
