Goodwill NNE has been providing Home and Community Based (HCBS) services (including homes supports, community supports, and work support) to Maine people with disabilities and barriers for decades. Goodwill NNE is seeking to hire a Program Manager to assist a dynamic team with implementing a new project to help implement HCBS throughout the state utilizing AmeriCorp volunteers.
This person would be responsible for working with the Project Director to hire and place members at provider sites and help manage the project and its ten employees. This person would collaborate with partner agencies to deliver the Boot Camp (a work-based curriculum) services to HCBS individuals receiving home, community, or work support or those identified by DHHS OADS.
