Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition team, drive initiatives, strategies, and system improvements. You will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You must be comfortable and have the ability to collaborate and lead the team working a hybrid schedule with a blend of onsite time in our Tampa offices and remote work.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the Talent Acquisition team to support the needs of our regions and support offices
Developing, strategizing, planning and executing all elements of talent initiatives and strategies including full-life cycle recruitment
Concepting, creating, and deploying comprehensive recruitment marketing plans and diverse sourcing strategies to support recruitment goals
Developing cross-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to drive candidate interest, as well as to identify new recruitment marketing strategies within hard-to-hire markets
Providing a high level of communication and support to all involved in the hiring process, including hiring managers, candidates, and our internal teams
Optimizing existing resources and researching, recommending, and implementing tools and processes for increased candidate engagement and interest
Measuringand optimizingcandidate engagement across campaigns and channel metrics to identify trends, form recommendations, and optimize performance
Promotingemployment opportunities, culture, and DEI initiatives with online presence and social channels
Working as a hands-on leader to collaborate with the team; manage all aspects of the recruitment process while ensuring success on projects to support system and process enhancements and candidate experience
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong background in fulllifecycle recruiting, developing and executing strategies to meet hiring goals
Prior leadership experience with a strategic mindset
Researches and stays current with trends, technology and labor market, plus sourcing tools
A passion for Talent, DEIB, culture, experience, and the world of work and deeply care about the inclusion and wellbeing of all people
Experience and knowledge of ATS systems; experience with iCIMS or SAP SuccessFactors a plus
Thrive working in a results-oriented and collaborative team setting while being extremely hands-on and agile
Consistently identify and implement strategic sourcing avenues to build a strong candidate pipeline
