The Ethics and Compliance Operations Coordinator will assist the CITGO Ethics and Compliance department with the implementation and operation of an effective Ethics and Compliance Program. Activities include but are not limited to the operation and continual improvement of the CITGO third party due diligence and monitoring process, perform risk assessments, use analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of the program, and assist with other Ethics and Compliance program elements.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree:
- College Degree (Bachelors Level).
The minimum number of years of job related experience required by this job is:
- 2-5 years.
List any specialized training or unique skills required:
- Proven experience in an Ethics and Compliance role including program implementation, operation, and learning new technologies.
- Demonstrated communication skills written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience in developing effective training programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Preferred SAP Experience.
