We focus on serving our customers, by providing complete solutions for their Industrial/Hydraulic Hose and fittings, Industrial foam and plastics, gaskets, sealing products, and conveyor belting and accessories needs.


Currently we are looking for an Outside Sales Representatives to join our Calgary, Red Deer and Edmonton Sales teams. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through the identification and acquisition of new customers, lead generation activities and industry networking. The primary objective of this position is to meet or exceed set KPI’s and sales targets with respect to new and existing customers in assigned sales territory.


Applicants for this position will have 3-5 years experience in at least one of the following industries; Conveyor Belting, Gaskets, Hose and Fittings (industrial and hydraulic) or Rubber.

Key Responsibilities
Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities, providing solutions to customers’ problems & needs
Liaising between customers, the company and vendors for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches, lunch and learns etc.
Opening new accounts
Delivers on KPI's and sales targets
Communicates sales activity and pipeline forecasts to the Sales Manager
To pursue sales leads from suppliers, order desk or management in a timely manner with written quotes or reports as required for that particular account.
To attend and participate in all company sales meetings and supplier sales programs as directed by management.
Gathers and reports on competitor activities that may impact the company and its customers
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
Other duties as assigned

Grade 12 education (or equivalent)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Post Secondary education in Sales or Marketing considered an asset
Experience in an Outside Sales role, preferably within the Gasket, Hose and Fitting (hydraulic and/or industrial), Industrial Plastics and Rubber or Conveyor industries
Excellent communication skills, presentation and persuasive skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize
