This is a contract position and will end on December 29, 2023.

The role:
The Payroll Coordinator plays an important role in managing the administration of GLENTEL’s payroll and group benefit programs.
Responsibilities:
Enter new employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now
Enter employee changes in ADP with utmost accuracy, and documenting changes in employee files for clear audit trails
Administer monthly benefit enrollments for new and existing employees
Prepare employment verification letters as needed
Respond to payroll/benefits related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a friendly and efficient manner
Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role
Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicting priorities to meet critical deadlines
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of payroll an asset
Written and verbal fluency in French an asset but not required
