| About the role
Reporting to the Manager, CEO Office & Organization Administration, the Executive Assistant, Organization Administration will provide executive administrative support to the assigned executive(s) and/or director(s).
The Executive Assistant, Organization Administration will also be a key member of the Organization Administration Team, including attending and contributing to the daily and monthly team meetings; working collaboratively with team members; sharing knowledge; and promoting a positive culture within the team.

| What You’ll Do
Responsibilities will include:
Providing executive administrative support to the assigned executive(s) and/or director(s);
Organizing and coordinating the flow of information for the assigned executive(s) and/or director(s), proactively managing all meeting files and associated documents;
Providing administrative support to associated teams and departments as required;
Liaising with all levels of management and employees, as well as external stakeholders and members with professionalism and confidence;
Recognizing opportunities for improving operational efficiency, anticipating the administrative support needs of the department, and developing and implementing procedures accordingly.
| Minimum Qualifications
Post-secondary education in a related field, or a combination of education, training and experience;
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive executive administrative experience with experience in supporting senior level executive(s) and/or director(s);
Advanced knowledge of G-Suite applications is considered an asset (Gmail, google docs, google sheets, google slides, etc.);
Valid criminal record check or eligibility to obtain;
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
| Salary Range
Based on qualifications and experience: $53,126 and $66,408
