JOB SUMMARY
Provides general administrative and marketing support to a group of sales professionals. Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information. Composes straightforward written descriptions of results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Use templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packages while displaying professionalism and maintaining the CBRE brand, company standards and legislative requirements.
* Answers, screens and directs incoming telephone calls.
* Responds to general inquiries and provides information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality of sales, marketing, client and proprietary information and data in all communications.
* Composes and prepares routine correspondence, faxes and emails for sales professionals.
* Maintains and updates relevant databases and assists with website updates.
* Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence and other records.
* Gathers supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national laws.
* Carries out special projects and assignments as requested.
* Work on ongoing long-term assignments while prioritizing day to day tasks.
* May coordinate schedules and appointments for sales team members.
* May attend sales team meetings for the purpose of recording meeting minutes or action items.
* May be responsible for coordination/planning and execution of special events and conferences for client, or sales team.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
