Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking Paraprofessional to work in our to work in our schools and provide services to children who have been outplaced to our program due to social, behavioral, and/or academic needs. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement each student's educational and behavioral programs. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with service providers including School Psychologist, Speech and Language Pathologists and Occupational and Physical Therapists. Our Ideal Candidate Minimum of 2 years of college or associates degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field. Preferred experience working directly with children with autism in a behavioral format but not necessary. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills in order to work cooperatively within the classroom, Our Behavior Therapist enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals to support children with a variety of needs.
