Part-time Community Support Coach

This part-time** community Support Coach will work with a single male individual. Being active in the community is the name of the game here. This individual enjoys a variety of activities in the community. The coach will need to be strong, have good communication, be understanding, be non-judgemental, and not be concerned with the opinions of society. The schedule is Tuesday - Thursday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. You will help him access the community by providing transportation, ensuring he makes safe decisions and has the opportunity to express himself in the way he is comfortable. He enjoys being active and having someone to bum around town with. He will benefit from consistency, support, compassion, and someone who finds joy in the world. Our support coaches work side by side with individuals with intellectual, physical, or mental disabilities, ensuring they can participate in all they want to do. This includes exercise, visiting museums, community centers, or the bosque, participating in community activities, and finding new adventures for them to enjoy.
