Things We’ll Trust You With: Provide excellent customer service as the initial point of contact for customer enquiries relating to development proposals. Be adaptable and flexible to manage competing priorities in a demanding and complex work environment. Possess sound critical thinking skills, identifying and implementing system improvements that contribute to business efficiency.
Things You’ll Do: Support the Development Services team with administrative and operational functions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Council’s interface with the NSW Planning Portal. Assist in the timely assessment of development applications, as well as working with the Sutherland Shire Local Planning Panel and Sydney South Planning Panel.
